01Acceptance
By accessing or using Mechagora, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
02Eligibility
Mechagora is available only to individuals and entities that have been granted access by Mechagora. Accounts are non-transferable. You must provide accurate information at account creation and keep it current.
03Acceptable Use
Mechagora is provided for authorized investment and portfolio activity. You may not:
- Access the platform through automated means without Mechagora's written permission.
- Attempt to bypass security controls or access data you are not authorized to view.
- Disrupt platform availability for other users.
- Misrepresent your identity or account status.
04Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at security@mechagora.com.
05Service Limitations
Mechagora is a software platform, not a registered investment advisor. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice. Market data, prices, and order execution are subject to third-party data providers and brokerage infrastructure and may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Mechagora does not guarantee continuous uptime.
06Liability
The platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Mechagora is not liable for investment losses resulting from platform use.
- Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to fees paid by you to Mechagora in the 12 months before the claim arose.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
07Termination
Either party may terminate access with reasonable notice. Mechagora may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms, platform misuse, or as required by law or regulation.
08Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
09Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
